DTF: The New Standard

Direct to Film has completely killed the "Minimum Order Quantity."

For decades, if you wanted a photo-realistic print or a 7-color logo, you had to order 50+ shirts to justify the screen setup costs. Not anymore.

What is DTF?

Direct to Film is a process where your design is printed digitally onto a specialized PET film. A white adhesive powder is then applied and cured. We then heat-press this film onto your garment.

Unlike the old "iron-on" transfers that peeled after one wash, DTF is stretchy, durable, and feels surprisingly soft.

Why it wins for Small Orders

  • No Screens: We don't have to separate colors or burn screens.
  • Unlimited Colors: Print a photograph or a rainbow gradient for the same price as 1 color.
  • No Minimums: Want 1 shirt? We can do it. Want 12 for a bachelor party? Easy.

DTF vs. Screenprinting

Screenprinting is still superior for large runs (50+) and specifically for durability/softness on simple designs. It's faster and cheaper at scale.

DTF is the king of low-quantity, high-color complexity jobs.

🧪 The Stretch Test

Our DTF prints are tested for 50+ washes. Because the ink sits on top of the fabric with a flexible adhesive, it stretches with the shirt instead of cracking like old-school digital prints.

Need just a few shirts?

DTF is the answer. No minimums, ever.
