Frequently Asked Questions
What are your minimums?
For standard Screenprinting, our minimum is 24 pieces per design. However, for our Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers and Embroidery, we have NO MINIMUMS! This is perfect for samples, small businesses, or one-off gifts.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 10-14 business days from the time the artwork is approved and the deposit is paid. Can’t wait? Rush services are available upon request for a small fee.
Can I bring my own garments?
Generally, we prefer to source the garments for you to ensure print compatibility and quality control (and we get great bulk rates!). If you have specialty items you'd like to provide, let’s chat—we handle these on a case-by-case basis.
What kind of artwork do I need?
We love vector files! .AI, .EPS, or .PDF files are best. If you only have a .JPG or .PNG, make sure it is high-resolution (300dpi) and at least the size you want it printed. Need art help? Our design team can get your files print-ready.
Do you offer samples?
We provide digital mockups for approval before scheduling any production. We can also provide blank samples if you need to check fit or fabric quality.
Need to see the print? We offer an optional Press Proof service (a photo of the first printed piece) for an additional fee to ensure everything looks perfect before we run the job.
Should I choose Screenprinting or DTF?
It depends on your artwork and quantity! Screenprinting is most cost-effective for large bulk orders (24+) with simple logos (1-4 colors). DTF is best for complex, full-color images (photos/gradients) or small orders (under 24 pieces).
How does payment work?
We require a 50% deposit to start your order (order blanks and prep screens), with the remaining balance due upon completion/pickup. For rush orders, we may require payment in full upfront.
Do you ship orders?
Absolutely! While many local clients love to pick up at our studio, we ship securely via UPS or FedEx to anywhere in the US. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
